We ship using Royal Mail and Evri, depending on the item size and destination. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

• Matte Vinyl:
  Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with a soft, non-shiny finish. Rated for 3–5 years of exterior life.

• Gloss Vinyl:
  Has a smooth, shiny finish and is ideal for long-lasting outdoor applications. Rated for 5–7 years exterior use.

We offer both ceramic and enamel mugs:

• Ceramic Mugs:
  These are dishwasher and microwave safe, but to keep the design looking its best, we recommend gentle hand washing when possible.

• Enamel Mugs:
  These have a metal core and shouldn’t be used in the microwave. We recommend hand washing only, as dishwashers may cause the design or coating to wear over time. Enamel is tough but can chip if dropped, so handle with care.
